Editor in Chief & President
Neya Kidambi
Neya is a junior from Trumbull, CT studying Politics with a minor in History. She will be graduating this coming May, and plans on attending law school after graduation. Neya is President and Editor-in-Chief of the NYU American Public Policy Review. She also founded NYU’s first university-wide fiber arts club, Yarn it Forward, focused on creating warm gifts for the unhoused community of New York City. She is currently doing research with a professor in the NYU Politics Department and interning for the Connecticut Office of the Secretary of the State. She began as a staff writer at ULR, before progressing to associate, executive editor, and Vice President. She now serves as the President. In her free time, she enjoys running, knitting/crocheting, and reading.

Michelle Mikhels
Michelle is a junior from Brooklyn, New York studying Marketing at Stern with a double minor in Public Policy and Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies. She plans on attending law school following graduation. She is currently working as a Senior Research Assistant on a project regarding patents and is involved in many other legal initiatives on campus. She started as a writer and business associate at ULR, served as the Business Director, and is now our VP! In her free time, she does mixed martial arts and creates visual art such as drawings, paintings, and embroidery.

Minjoo Kim
Minjoo is a senior in CAS majoring in politics, with a passion for public policy and law shaped by her journey as an immigrant and her government internships. These experiences highlighted the importance of representation in minority communities, which she hopes to champion through a career in law after college.
Treasurer
Shreeram Modi
Shreeram is a junior from the Bay Area studying Computer Science and Philosophy at CAS. He has been involved in the ULR since his freshman year, serving as an Associate Editor and then as an Executive Editor and Secretary before becoming Treasurer this year. His legal interests are in IP and cyber law, aligning with his fields of study. Outside of the ULR, you can find him competing for NYU's policy debate team and teaching debate at Poly Prep in Brooklyn, doing network security research for the High Speed Research Network at NYU, or at https://smodi.net/.
LPS Director
Rebecca Locher
Rebecca is a junior from California studying International Relations, Journalism, and Economics. She currently works with the Latino Victory project and is a research intern with Nuclear Age Peace Foundation. She has previously worked with the Guatemala Human Rights Commission, various political organizations and campaigns, and as a research assistant for an NYU professor. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, and coffee-shop hopping.
Events Director
Jasmine Sanchez
Jasmine is a junior from New York City studying politics and psychology with plans to attend law school after undergrad. She has been a member of the ULR for a year, serving as a staff writer for the print publication before now becoming the inaugural Events Director. Jasmine is currently a research assistant with NYU's Social Justice Lab and is pursuing the Ignite Fellowship with Teach for America. Previously, she interned for an immigration attorney at the Law Office of Robert J. Maher and served as a research assistant for the Wesleyan Media Project. She is incredibly passionate about a vast array of legal sectors including international human rights law and immigration and enjoys crocheting and reading in her free time.

Shri Vaidehi-Raja
Shri is a junior studying Biology and Philosophy with a joint minor in Math & CS. She has been involved in the ULR since her freshman year, serving as Writer, Associate Editor, Executive Editor, and Treasurer in previous semesters. Her legal interests lie in intellectual property law and consumer protection in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. After graduation, she plans to pursue a PhD. Shri is the founder of a small organization dedicated to making research more accessible for underserved student populations, as well as a Research Associate in Weill-Cornell’s Department of Emergency Medicine. She also serves as Treasurer for Amnesty International @ NYU and Secretary for UNICEF @ NYU. In her free time, Shri enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, learning classical guitar, and binging video essays.
